For damaged items please call of email us.  All shipments are insured so we will file a claim with the shipper.

All vintage bobbleheads may be returned for any reason, no questions asked!  We want you to be 100% satisfied.
Please call us before returning.  They must be received in the same condition as they were when shipped, so be careful when repacking.

Returns for other reasons may be subject to a restocking fee.  Call before returning.
